RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. THE 7-DAY RETURN WINDOW
-We maintain a strict 7-day return policy. You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Eligibility: To qualify for a premium return, your item must arrive at our inspection facility in pristine, unaltered condition.
Condition: It must be unworn, unused, completely unwashed, and retained within its original luxury packaging with all designer tags securely attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid digital invoice or original proof of purchase is strictly required.

2. INITIATING A REVERSE PICKUP
-To commence a return, please submit a formal request to our concierge desk at aurorarunway14@gmail.com.
Complimentary Reverse Logistics: Once approved, our premium courier network will arrange a secure reverse pickup directly from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.
Unauthorized Returns: Items dispatched back to our facilities without a prior approved request will be rejected and returned to the sender.

3. DAMAGES, DEFECTS, & DISCREPANCIES
-We inspect all items prior to shipment. Upon delivery, please examine your pieces immediately. In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our concierge desk within 24 hours so we can fast-track an elite exchange or immediate resolution.

4. EXCHANGES
-To secure an alternative size or variant before it sells out, we recommend initiating a return for your current item. Once your return is authorized, you may independently place a new order through our digital boutique.

5. REFUNDS & FISCAL RESOLUTION
-Upon receipt and successful quality evaluation of your returned item, you will receive an official status notification.
Approved Returns: Refunds are processed instantly back to your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns: For orders settled via Cash on Delivery, your refund will be securely wired via UPI or Direct Bank Transfer to your verified account.
Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your banking institution to reflect the credit settlement on your statement.
