Welcome to APNA RUNWAY. This digital boutique and its related curation services (collectively, the "Services") are operated by APNA RUNWAY (referred to herein as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our platform, viewing our curated collections, or executing a transaction, you agree to be bound by the following comprehensive terms, conditions, and operational policies.

1. DIGITAL BOUTIQUE ELIGIBILITY
-By accepting these Terms of Service, you affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your respective state or territory of residence within India. You agree not to utilize our curated pieces or platform services for any unauthorized, illegal, or fraudulent purposes. A breach or violation of any terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our Services.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate commercial reasons at any discretion.
Content Integrity: You acknowledge that all content, imagery, typography, and layout designs present on this site are the intellectual property of APNA RUNWAY and may not be reproduced, duplicated, or exploited without our express written consent.
Data Transit: You understand that your customer data (excluding encrypted credit/debit card information during checkout) may be transferred unencrypted over various domestic networks to facilitate order placement.

3. ACCURACY OF PRICING & CURATED VARIATIONS
-Price Adjustments: Prices for our luxury collections are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item or service at any time.
Visual Precision: We make every professional effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible on screen. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly capture the true physical color of the item upon arrival.

4. BILLING & ACCOUNT METRICS
-We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card, or orders that use identical billing and/or shipping destination coordinates. In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you immediately via the email address or mobile number provided at the time of purchase.

5. THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE
-Our digital storefront is securely hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform, which provides us with the secure digital architecture to offer our collections online. Additionally, your order logistics are managed via our trusted domestic supplier and courier network partners (including Meesho) to fulfill manual doorstep deliveries across India.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
-These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with digital or physical services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced entirely in accordance with the local laws of West Bengal, India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata.
